Stage 1

Create and manage your event first. When complete, continue to the Event Budget Planner.

Stage 2

Plan and manage the event budget. When complete, continue to Tables.

Stage 3

Create the Head Table and remaining guest tables. When complete, continue to Guest List.

Stage 4

Add and manage guests and allocate them to tables. When complete, continue to the QR Code Seating Chart.

Import a CSV or add guests individually in Guest List.

Stage 5

Customise the colours, shape, and centre logo of your QR code to match your wedding palette, then download a high resolution PNG.

Test it once with your own phone to make sure it scans cleanly under low light.

Print the QR code onto a small acrylic, foam board, or paper sign for the venue entrance.
